This years party is going to be great. We will have loads of fun, food, contests, prizes and of course DOGS!! Register early for this fun filled event all the dogs in Frederick are barking about. We will start off with the social hour where your dog can run off leash in our dog park (if he/she can play friendly off leash)or we will have a seperate leash area for all others.
The festivities will begin with the Blessing of the Dogs by Ed Waters, Jr. from the Frederick News Post who will also host our "Dog Search" talent contest. Dog Search is our version of Star Search and we are looking for dogs with any type of talent at all. It can be tricks, entertainment or any other type of talent you think your dog has. You may register for the Dog Search talent show when you register for the party.
The games and events will start promptly at 7:00 pm so get here in plenty of time to participate.
Our first event will be the Howl-O-Ween Costume Parade. We will be giving out prizes for Most Origional, Scariest, Funniest and Best Of Show Costume.
Contests are next and prizes will be given for:
Dancing with your Dog
Bobbing for Biscuits
Snoopy Says
Owner/Dog Look Alike
Howling Contest
Marge and her singing Chihuahuas will be our entertainment again this year. Everyone loved their act so much last year that we are having them back.
Proceeds for the event will go to the
Frederick County Animal Welfare League
so bring some cash for our raffles, merchandise and special events to help the Animal League take care of those that are not as fornutate as our own.
You may register any day up to Thursday October 29th at Club Dogz 423A East Patrick Street from 11:00am to 7pm. Registration fee is $5.00 per dog (cash only please)and payable upon registering. Dogs do not need costumes to attend but it is more fun at least for us human companions. Dogs must be dog friendly. Click below for our registration form.
